In an oven safe pan, heat the oil and brown the apples. Turn the heat off.Add the ground cherries, cranberries, pecans, and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese wheel on top, in the middle.Cook in the oven at 325°F for 15 minutes.Remove from the oven, cook for 5 to 10 minutes, then serve with bread and croutons if desired.
